VI.A. Rescind Contract Award to Kerkstra
Motion: The Board of Education rescind the award of the following bid for construction of Marble Elementary for failure of the contractor to sign the contract:  Category 22 for Marble – Kerkstra Precast - $30,850                           

VI.B. Renewal of the Food Service Management Contract with Chartwells School Dining for FY 2020-21
Motion: The Board of Education authorize the Superintendent, or designee, to sign the presented Agreement Page and Contract Renewal Agreement to renew the food service management contract with Chartwells School Dining for a period of one year beginning on July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.

Motion: The Board of Education approve the following number of Schools of Choice (SOC) openings for the 2020-21 school year:
