V. Consent Agenda 
Motion:  The Board of Education approve the consent agenda to include the following items:

V.A. hiring of Emily Humpert, 1.0 FTE Pinecrest teacher at BA Step 3.0 level, effective August 26, 2019

VI. Public Comment:    This is the opportunity to address the Board.  Speakers are to confine their remarks to five minutes.  If a speaker requires more than five minutes, after all other persons who have requested to speak during this part of the meeting have spoken, that speaker will be allowed additional time.  The Superintendent or other district staff may comment to clear up or avoid significant misunderstandings.

VII.A. 2019-20 Peckham Agreement
Motion:  The Board of Education authorize the Superintendent, or her designee, to execute the Peckham Inc. Community Based Instruction Agreement as presented.    

VII.B. MHAC Bylaws - Revision
Motion:  The Board of Education approve the amendment to the bylaws of the Mental Health Advisory Committee as presented.

VII.C. Purchase Agreement and Grant of Easement with University Reformed Church
Motion:  The Board of Education approve the Purchase Agreement and Grant of Easement as presented.

VII.D. Seventh Amendment to Jani-King Custodial Contract
Motion:  The Board of Education authorize the Superintendent, or her designee, to execute the Seventh Amendment to Jani-King Custodial, Courier and Grounds/Utility Service Agreement as presented.   

VII.E. Reimbursable General Conditions for the Donley and Glencairn Elementary Schools
Motion:  The Board of Education authorize additional reimbursable general conditions, related to the elementary bond projects, to Clark Construction not to exceed $28,000 for Donley Elementary School and $36,000 for Glencairn Elementary School.  

VII.F. Superintendent Evaluation Rating 2018-19
Motion:  The Board of Education adopt its evaluation of the 2018-19 Superintendent Evaluation and evaluation rating as presented.
