II.C.4. Shiangyi Lin was selected by the Visual Art Department as February’s Student of the Month. Shiangyi is an eager student with a love for learning anything new. In her artwork, Shiangyi has expressed herself at a level of sophistication rarely achieved by a high school student. She works hard to grow as an artist, bringing passion to her work, along with a willingness to explore new ideas and respond productively to feedback. Her recognition will be acknowledged by the Kiwanis Club at a luncheon this spring.
