Motion:  The Board of Education approve the consent agenda to include the following items:

V.A. hiring of Sam Morey, 1.0 FTE High School Math teacher at BA Step 2.5 level, effective the first teacher day of the 2018-2019 school year 

V.B. hiring of Samantha Gaydosh, .60 FTE Marble School Social Worker at MA Step 1 level, effective the first teacher day of the 2018-2019 school year.

Public Comment:    This is the opportunity to address the Board.  Speakers are to confine their remarks to five minutes.  If a speaker requires more than five minutes, after all other persons who have requested to speak during this part of the meeting have spoken, that speaker will be allowed additional time.  The Superintendent or other district staff may comment to clear up or avoid significant misunderstandings.

Motion:  The Board of Education approve the hiring of Nichole Norris, East Lansing High School Director of Athletics and Activities, effective July 23, 2018.

VII.B. Donley and Glencairn Building Projects Bid Package #3
Motion:  The Board of Education award the following bid related to bid package #3 for the Donley and Glencairn Elementary building projects as follows: Bid Category 03-9 Painting and Wallcovering - B&J Painting - $307,000
