VI.A. Training and panel regarding child sexual abuse

VII. VIII.A. BOE AV Upgrade
Motion: The Board of Education approve the funding for the Board Room and TV Studio upgrades from AVI Systems at a cost of $98,776.56.

VIII.B. Authorized Bank Signers
Motion:  The Board of Education authorize the execution of the following documents as presented: 1). Declaration for Comerica Bank's Municipalities Department Internal Funds Transfer Service; 2) Declaration for Comerica Bank Municipalities Department Wire Transfer Service; 3) Declaration for Deposit Accounts and Treasury Management Services; 4) Business Deposit Account Signature Document - Michigan.

VIII.C. Red Cedar Renovation Category 5 Bid
Motion:  The Board of Education award the following bid related to bid package #1 for the Red Cedar Elementary renovations as follows:  Category 05 - Midwest Wall Company, LLC  $273,300

VIII.D. Reimbursable General Conditions for Red Cedar School Renovation Project
Motion:  The Board of Education authorize Clark Construction reimbursable general conditions not to exceed $162,600 for the Red Cedar Elementary School renovation project.  

VIII.E. ELHS Math Mentorship Course
Motion:  The Board of Education approve the Math Mentorship course as presented.
