Motion:  The Board of Education award the classroom AV project to Moss Communications in the amount of $1,348,741.52.

Motion:  The Board of Education award the clock/paging project to Central Interconnect, Inc. in the amount of $88,831.19.

IX.C. IISD General Fund Budget 2014-15
Motion:  The Board of Education adopt the resolution, as presented, in support of the proposed 2014-15 Ingham Intermediate School District General Fund budget.
