Motion:  The Board of Education adopt the resolution, as presented, to impose a summer tax levy to collect all (100%) of school property taxes.

VI.B. Tuition Rates - 2013-14
Motion:  The Board of Education approve the 2013-14 tuition rates as presented.

VI.C. Middle School Projects

VI.C.1. Termination of Contract
Motion:  The Board of Education terminate the contract awarded to William Reichenbach Company related to the MacDonald Middle School Project bid packet #10 as presented.

VI.C.2. Approval of Project Bid Packets
Motion:  The Board of Education award the bids for the MacDonald Middle School Project bid packets #7, #9 and #10 as presented.
