The administration recommends approval of this submission of request letter. 

VII.C. APPROVAL OF SUBMISSION REQUEST LETTER FOR HEAD START DISABILITIES WAIVER FOR THE 2013-2014 GRANT YEAR
The administration recommends approval of this letter based on the fact that enrollment for 2013-2014 did not meet the 10% required enrollment of students with disabilities for the entire period of the grant year.
