III.A. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION TO JOIN THE WEST MICHIGAN HEALTH INSURANCE POOL FOR MEDICAL/RX COVERAGE FOR ALL ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES FOR THE 2014, 2015, AND 2016 CALENDAR YEARS, AND TO APPOINT MR. TOM ZAHRT AS KRESA'S WEST MICHIGAN HEALTH INSURANCE POOL BOARD APPOINTEE AND HOLLY NORMAN AS WEST MICHIGAN HEALTH INSURANCE POOL ALTERNATE BOARD APPOINTEE. [Roll Call Vote]
The administration recommends the Board of Education approve the resolution, as presented and stated above.

III.B. APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION TO OFFER TWO HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS FOR KALAMAZOO RESA EMPLOYEES TO CHOOSE FROM.
Administration recommends that the Board of Education approve the recommendation to offer two health insurance plans for Kalamazoo RESA employees, as presented.

Plan Option #1 - The West Michigan Health Insurance Pool Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan PPO 100/80 High Deductible Health Plan $1250/$2500 Deductible with $10/$40/$80 Rx with an employer deductible contribution to Employee Health Savings Account of $250 for single coverage and $500 for those who select 2 person or family coverage.

III.B.2. Plan Option #2 - The West Michigan Health Insurance Pool Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Versatile 3 PPO 90/70 $250/$500 Deductible with $20 Office Visits and $1000/$2000 Out of Pocket Maximum with $10/$40 Rx to include an employee monthly premium share of $15 - single, $30 - 2 person, or $45 - family.
