5.F. CESA 6 - Wisconsin OPEB Trust Annual Report
Description:
Wisconsin municipalities, including school districts, are authorized by law to invest and reinvest funds held in trust to pay post-employment benefit (OPEB) liability. When a school district delegates its investment authority to an external investment manager, the Board of Education must review the performance of the OPEB funds held in trust on an annual basis. See Wis. Stat. 66.0603(2)(b) and (3)(c)(2). Items for review include:
A. Total school district assets held in trust.
B. Investment performance for the year. C. Total disbursements from the trust during the year. D. Whether the investment returns are aligned with the school district’s Investment Policy Statement. E. Whether the school district will renew or non-renew the Investment Manager for the upcoming reporting year. |

5.G. Academic Excellence Scholarship Recipients
Description:
Academic Excellence Scholarships (AES) are awarded to Wisconsin high school seniors who have the highest grade point average in each public and private high school throughout the State of Wisconsin. The value of the scholarship is $2,250 per year, to be applied towards tuition at a participating University of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Technical College, or independent institution in the state. Attached is a list of the recipients and alternates. |

5.H. Technical Excellence Scholarship Winners
Description:
This year, WUHS is able to offer two (2) Wisconsin State Technical Excellence Scholarships to graduating seniors based on their Career &Technical Education course credits, Career & Technical Student Organization participation, and their CTE gpa after seven semesters. Attached is a list of recipients and alternates.

5.I. New Student Activity Account - WASBF
Description:
This will be a dedicated account for all donations from the Waterford Area Schools Band Festival to be deposited into and from which expenses will be paid..

Description:
At this time the board would like to invite any member of the audience to stand with comments about items of interest or concern that do or do not appear on the agenda this evening. Please begin by stating your name and address. It would be appreciated if you would limit your comments to three minutes so that we can keep the meeting moving in a timely fashion and allow others an opportunity to speak. We ask that you remember that Wisconsin law prohibits us from discussing specific employees or their job performance. Thank you for your support of our school district.

Description:
We executed the competitive sale for $10.9M G.O. Promissory Notes and are pleased by the results. We received a total of 7 bidders with the winner being Brownstone Investment Group at the lowest All Inclusive Cost (AIC) of 3.88%.
