2.A. Bills Payable
Description:
The committee will review and recommend approval of the monthly bills payable report. This report details all disbursements made by the district since the last meeting, including utilities, contracted services, instructional materials, and capital expenditures. Each payment has been verified for accuracy and appropriateness in accordance with district policy and state statute. Approval of bills payable affirms that the district’s financial transactions are transparent, adequately documented, and consistent with the board-approved budget.

2.B. Bond Portfolio Management Report
Description:
The committee will review the Bond Portfolio Management Report prepared by PMA Financial Network for the 2025 General Obligation (GO) bonds. The report summarizes the district’s investment of bond proceeds, estimated interest income, projected expenditures, and the status of arbitrage compliance. As of October 16, 2025, total available funding is $14.75 million, with estimated interest earnings of $336,118 at a 3.749% yield.

2.C. Revenue Limit Calculation Options For Recommendation
Description:
The board has two options for calculating revenue limits before setting the levy. The first does not defease debt, while the second defeases debt. The Finance Committee will review both options in preparation for making a recommendation to the full board.
