Description:  This is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and is not to be considered a public community meeting.

Description:  This meeting was noticed by way of publication in the Waterford Post on Thursday, March 14, 2024, was posted at the District Office (Door #7) and at Entrance #19, and was published on the District's website. Minutes from the regular board meeting of January 22, 2024 and from the special meeting of February 29, 2024 are posted on the District's website.

Description:  At this time the board would like to invite any member of the audience to stand with comments about items of interest or concern that do or do not appear on the agenda this evening. Please begin by stating your name and address. It would be appreciated if you would limit your comments to three minutes so that we can keep the meeting moving in a timely fashion and allow others an opportunity to speak. We ask that you remember that Wisconsin law prohibits us from discussing specific employees or their job performance. Thank you for your support of our school district.

Description:  The Student Council Sergeant at Arms will provide an update on the recent activities of various student co-curricular clubs. 

Description:  The Code of Conduct Review Committee recommends that the school board review and approve the findings and recommendations presented in the Code of Conduct Review Report Out. Approval of the proposed updates will ensure that our Code of Conduct remains reflective of our district's values and priorities, while promoting a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.

Description:  The Human Growth and Development Committee recommends that the school board review and approve the findings and recommendations presented in the Human Growth and Development Committee Report Out. Approval of the proposed updates will ensure that our curriculum continues to meet the diverse needs of our students, fosters healthy development, and promotes informed decision-making regarding personal health and well-being.

Description:  In February, students registered for classes for the upcoming 2024-25 school year. Principal Dan Foster has been working with Student Services to establish the number of course sections based on student selections. He will present data on the proposed number of course sections and offerings in each department.

Description:  The proposed timeline outlined above has been carefully crafted to ensure a comprehensive and effective approach to the referendum process. The District recommends approving this timeline to proceed with planning and executing the upcoming referendum.
