Fourth grade students from Richardson will be participating in the Earthkeepers program again this year. Approval by the Board would give the program evaluators permission to recruit students and their parents to participate in the evaluation. Active consent would be required, and all student responses would remain anonymous.

|
G.1.a. District administration recommends approval to award RFP # 536M-24A.5 for Internet Services to Cox Communications. Cox is our current internet services provider and thus, continuity of services would be maintained.

G.2. Recommend Approval of Chromebook and Licensing Purchase from CDW-G
|
G.2.a. District administration recommends approval to purchase 1000 Chromebooks and 900 licenses from CDW-G as part of our ongoing refresh cycle. The cost of the Chromebooks, Chrome Management Licenses, and related services and tax will be approximately $242,607.25. This purchase would exceed the $100,000 threshold with this vendor, thus necessitating Board approval. The funding source would be ESSER III. This purchase would utilize Mohave pricing under state contract 20F-CDWG-1003, which we have determined to be fair and reasonable relative to other vendor pricing.

H. Executive Session
