The Ownership with Direct Pay Incentives model would allow the District to purchase and own all equipment utilizing a 20-year loan. The utility savings would offset the loan principal and interest by year ten, with the first nine years encumbering a small negative cumulative cash flow each year. Over 30 years, anticipated savings are estimated at over $1,483,663.
