The Board will convene into executive session in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1) (c) & (f) to discuss the performance evaluation process and timeline of the Superintendent of Schools and for the purpose of considering an expulsion order with regard to disciplinary charges against a student, which if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of the student involved in such conduct.
