Discussion, consideration, and possible action to approve a Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Crystal City, providing for the school district’s cooperation for the management of a Flood Prevention Project to include a detention pond to be located along 7th Avenue, between Popeye Lane and Javelina Drive; providing that the City of Crystal City shall be solely responsible for the management of the Project and authorizing the President of the Board of Trustees to execute the same.
