IV.3.d.2.a.b. MRGDC Regional Public Safety Radio Communnications Projects, $5,750,000.00 for a two-position console for the region's law enforcement agencies/EMC offices. 

IV.3.d.2.a.c. MRGDC Regional Public Safety Radio Communications/TDMA Project, $2,634,379.00, for TDMA system. Time-Division Multiple Access (TDMA) preserves the full channel width but divides it into alternating time slots that can each carry individual call.

Discussion and/or action to accept the Middle Skills Employment Supplies Pilot Project (WOS) Contract #2723WOS002 in the amount of $42,225.00 to prepare workers, particularly disadvantaged, low-skilled, and enderemployed adults-for, good jobs by providing job search assistance and training. 

IV.4.c.1.c. Discussion and/or action to accept the Service Industry Recovery Child Care Contract #2722CCX001 Amendment Number 003 to add $46,000.00, a total amendment amount of $2,008,079.00 to cover expenses through March 2023. 

IV.4.c.1.d. Discussion and/or action to accept the Child Care Services Formula Allocation Contract #2723CCF001 Amendment Number 002 to provide $408,899.00 in additional funding to sustain enrollments equal to the original targets. Total Amended Grant Award Amount: $8,151,489.00

IV.4.c.1.e. Discussion and/or action to accept the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment & Training (SNAP) Contract #2723SNE001 Amendment Number 002 to provide a supplemental allocation of $14,959.00 Total Amended Grant Award Amount: $193,244.00.

IV.4.c.1.f. Discussion and/or action to accept the Middle Skills Employment Supplies Pilot Project (WOS) Amendment 001 Contract #2723WOS002 Revised Attachment B, add new section 1.2, no more than 10% of funds expended under this Grant Award shall be used for administrative costs.
