IV. Contemplated closed session, pursuant to Wis. Stat §§ 19.85(1)(c) and 118.22(3) for the purpose of a private conference with the Board of Education at the request of an individual professional staff member who was provided with preliminary notice of nonrenewal.  The Board of Education will consider, discuss and take action, if appropriate, concerning the employment (renewal/nonrenewal/resignation) of the professional staff member.
