XII. Set date, place and hour of next Annual Meeting and Budget Hearing.

XII.a. NOTE: Chapter 164 of the Laws of 1979 permits electors at an Annual Meeting to select a meeting date of its choice for the subsequent Annual Meeting providing the date for the Meeting and Budget Hearing falls within the dates of May 15 and September 30. The District recommends the fourth Monday in August 2022 (August 22, 2022) as its preferred date.
