"Through this interactive session, participants will learn key roles and responsibilities in board governance, the board’s relationship with the superintendent, and best practices for how to set clear expectations and have a mutual understanding of governance vs. management roles. Participants will learn how to avoid common pitfalls, and guidance for how to be effective in establishing direction to improve student achievement."
