NARRATIVE
BACKGROUND By November 1, 2021, school district superintendents are required to report to their local school board the district’s compliance with all Division 22 Standards for the 2020-2021 school year and to post the report to their website. Following that report, districts will complete and submit to the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) the annual Division 22 Assurance Form by November 15, 2021. Our district has completed the Division 22 Standard Assurances. Upon board acknowledgement along with recommendation for submission, our district will submit the Division 22 Assurance form as required before the submission deadline November 15, 2021. The Division 22 Assurances process includes three steps, summarized below along with the 2021 timeline:
RECOMMENDATION: The administration recommends Board acknowledgment of receipt of our Division 22 Standard Assurance and Compliance report and recommend our district submission as required to ODE. |

4.1. KFEA 2022 - 2025 Agreement

Health Ins: 2022-23 - 3.4%, 2023-24 and 2024-25 Moda Cap
Bonus- One-Time bonus of $750. TSA - Increased 0-6 years by $25 and 7 yrs + by $50 Dual Credit Stipend - A teacher who offers a course articulated through KCC, OIT, SOU, or other educational institution will receive a stipend of $350 for each CRN taught at the end of the year. Specialists - Nurses, SLPs, Psychologist, BCBA, and Autism Specialist (licensed) moved to 16% stipend. Summer Insurance - Agree to pay 2 months of summer insurance for those completing an entire school year and who resign or retire. Class Size Stipend-$175 per quarter for Teachers whose student count is 26 or above in grades K-3; 29 or above in 4-5; and for teachers in grades 6-12 whose student count is above 180 (excluding PE and Music) for at least 50% of the quarter. PE teachers, grades 6-12, whose student count is 240 or above for at least 50% of the quarter shall receive the same stipend. |
