I.1.a. Approval of May 8, 2024 Board Meeting Minutes

I.1.b. Approval of Personnel Action as presented in "Staff Reports"

J. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the Estacada School District hereby adopts the budget for fiscal year 2024-2025 in the sum
of $67,385,188 now on file at the Estacada School District Central Office.

K. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of Estacada School District hereby imposes the taxes provided for in the adopted budget:

L. A Resolution authorizing budget transfer in the General Fund and Special Revenue fund to accommodate expenditures.

M. To approve the recommended changes to the Administrative, Management, and Confidential employee salary schedule as outlined above.

N. Approve the Executive Director of Operations and Finance contract July 1, 2024-June 30, 2027.

O. Be It Further Resolved: Mike Waer is designated as authorized district signer  for the period of June 13, 2024 to June 30, 2024.

P. To Authorize the Estacada School District to spend over $150,000 for the purchase of artificial turf for the Varsity Baseball and Softball Fields, not to exceed $600,000

Q. To approve the professional development, coaching, and consultation service agreemenst with Studer Education for the school years 2024-2027.
