5.A. Approve Tentative Agreement With Lane County Education Association
Presenter:

Description:
The Board of Directors and Lane County Education Association have reached a tentative agreement that includes a 2% Cost of Living Increase and a 3.4% increase in the insurance cap.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of Lane Education Service District approve the agreement between Lane ESD and the Lane County Education Association. |

5.B. Approve Agreement with Management Team
Presenter:

Description:
The Management Team of Lane Education Service District proposes to align their agreement with the agreement between Lane County Education Association and the Lane Education Service District, providing a 2% Cost of Living Adjustment and a 3.4% increase in the insurance cap.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of Lane ESD approves the Management Team agreement, which is aligned with the Lane County Education Association agreement. |

5.C. Approve Agreement with Assistant Superintendent

Description:
The Assistant Superintendent of Lane Education Service District, Carol Knobbe, proposes to amend her employment contract for the 2017-18 school year to align with the tentative agreement between Lane County Education Association and Lane ESD. This would provide a 2% Cost of Living Adjustment and a 3.4% increase in the insurance cap.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of Lane Education Service District approve an amendment to the contract with the Assistant Superintendent of Lane ESD as proposed. |

5.D. Meeting Date Change for August, 2017

Description:
A request has been received to adjust the August Board meeting date from August 1 to August 8, 2017.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of Lane Education Service District conduct its August meeting on August 8, 2017. |
