6.A. Consent Agenda

Description:
The Lane ESD
Board of Directors has agreed to implement a consent agenda. All items in the consent agenda are adopted
by a single motion unless a member of the Board or the Superintendent requests
that such item be removed from the consent agenda and acted upon separately.
Generally, consent agenda items are matters which members of the Board agree are routine in nature and should be acted upon in one motion to conserve time and to enable the Board to focus on the other matters on the agenda. Back-up materials for consent agenda items are included in the agenda packet as needed. Minutes of this meeting will reflect action on each item. If any board member wishes to withdraw any consent group item, it will be moved to the appropriate section of the agenda. BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of Lane ESD accepts the Financial Report for May 2017.

6.C. Transfer Appropriations within the 2016-17 Budget

Description:
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors for Lane Education Service District hereby adopts the appropriation transfer within the 2016-17 budget which increases the total budget by $25,000 to the sum of $40,592,934. The amounts for fiscal year 2016-17 and for the purposes shown are hereby appropriated and increase the total appropriation of all funds by $25,000 to the sum of $39,809,293.

6.D. Adopt 2017-18 Budget

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of Lane Education Service District hereby adopts the budget for the 2017-18 fiscal year in
the total sum of $41,252,954 now on file at the Office of the Superintendent.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017, the amounts shown are hereby appropriated for the purposes indicated within the funds listed. |
