4. Comments from the Audience about Non Agenda Items
Description:
Speakers may offer objective criticism of district operations and programs but the board will not hear complaints concerning specific district personnel. The chair will direct the visitor to the appropriate means for board consideration and disposition of legitimate complaints involving individuals.

5. Consent Agenda
Description:
The consent agenda consists of routine items for which board members need no further information on prior to voting. The consent agenda should be voted on under one motion, rather than separate votes. If a board member so requests, boards may allow a consent agenda item to be removed from the consent agenda and discussed separately.

Motion to approve request from Tim Urness to use the Portable Bleachers for the Dallesport Drags in August 2017 subject to his providing proof of liability insurance in the amount of $3,000,000.00 naming North Wasco County School District #21 as the additional insured on said policy. All other conditions of Equipment and Materials Use Agreement (KGF-AR) apply.

9.m. Policy GCBDC/GCBDC-AR: Eligible Employee Request for Domestic Violence, Harassment, Sexual Assault or Stalking Leave - (Informational only, required AR)
Description:
This new form complies with the requirement in ORS 659A.280 that an employee who requests domestic violence, harassment, sexual assault or stalking leave, shall provide the district with reasonable advance notice, unless advance notice is not feasible.

9.n. Policy GBMA: Whistleblower (NEW Policy - required)
Description:
The Legislature passed House Bill 4067 in 2016 effectively changing the Whistleblowing section in the Oregon Revised Statute and added new provisions for whistleblowers. Due to the new provisions for whistleblowers, OSBA created a new separate required policy.
