5.6**RESOLUTION NO. 7.9-21**- RESOLVED that the Board designates Dan Wold as Chief Administrative Officer/School District Clerk and Budget Officer who should prepare or supervise the preparation of the budget document effective July 1, 2022, in compliance with ORS 294.331 and ORS 332.515.
