Description:  Tom will present a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the District 6 Education Association (D6EA) and the Central Point School District regarding insurance. The Board will be asked to vote on this matter at the June 20, 2023 meeting.

Description:  Tom will present a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the District 6 Education Association (D6EA) and the Central Point School District regarding compensation for the summer migrant program. The Board will be asked to vote on this matter at the June 20, 2023 meeting.

Description:  Kami will present Appropriation Transfer Resolution 23-13. The Board will be asked to vote on this matter at the June 20, 2023 meeting.

Description:  Spencer will present a proposal from S&B James Construction for the Scenic Middle School Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Phase 4 Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). The proposal value is $2,063,833 and includes a 10% contingency of $179,942.93.

Description:  Spencer will present a proposal from S&B James Construction for the Crater High School Hall B restroom remodel Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). The proposal value is $218,799 and includes a 10% contingency of $19,055.28. This project is funded with Student Investment Account (SIA) dollars. If approved, this project is expected to be completed this summer.

Description:  As required by law, the Board must adopt the 2023-2024 budget prior to the end of the fiscal year. The four resolutions related to this are:
23-14 Adopting the Budget
23-15 Making Appropriations
23-16 Imposing the Tax
23-17 Categorizing the Tax

Description:  At the last meeting, Spencer presented a contract amendment for additional services from the District's Owner's Representation/Project Management Firm, OTAK, for completion of the remaining bond work.

Description:  At the last meeting, Tom presented a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the District 6 Education Association (D6EA) and the Central Point School District regarding the 2023 high school credit recovery summer school program.
