5.3. The Safety First program is a collaborative effort between SVE, Fire District #3, ODOT, ODF and the Sheriff's Office.  To help fulfill their goal of purchasing an Electronic Reader Board that can be accessed by all five agencies, SVE is applying for a $4000 grant from the Autzen Foundation.
