The board will convene in executive session to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations, pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2)(d). Executive Sessions are closed to the public. All matters discussed during exectuive sessions are confidential and shall not be disclosed by any representative of the news media without authorization by the school board.

Community members may sign up to speak by submitting a request online at 4j.lane.edu/board/publicomment by 5:00 p.m. on the Monday before the meeting. Individual speakers are limited to three minutes and cannot give their time to another speaker. There will be a total of 30 minutes of public comment.
Speakers may offer objective comments or criticism about district operations and programs. The district has a board policy for filing a formal complaint against an individual. Please contact the Superintendent's Office at 541-790-7706 for more information about submitting a formal complaint. |
