The board will convene in executive session to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2)(d) All matters discussed during executive session are confidential and shall not be disclosed by any representative of the news media without authorization by the school board. Executive sessions are not open to the public.
