Description:  Jim Fitzpatrick and Ed Fitz-Patrick will be at the Special Session to go over bond projects and the allocated budget for each project.

Attached are meeting notes from the last two Bond Executive Committee meetings where discussions regarding projects, schematics, and budget were discussed. 

The October bond financial report is also attached.  It will be updated for the CBOC next week, but there will be little change due to a low volume of activity at this time.

Description:  Attached are the minutes from the last Community Bond Oversight Committee meeting held in October.  In the minutes there is a description regarding how the bond premium funds were generated.  Additional information about the premium and its allocation will be a part of the discussion.
