Description:  The meeting tonight will follow the OAR Mandate 331-019-1015.  Everyone in attendance must be wearing a mask.  

Description:  Denyce Kelly will review the financial reports on the Consent Agenda.

 

Description:  Mr. Duff will present the following donations for board approval.

Description:  Ami Muilenburg and Amanda Noirot will give a presentation on the Summer Programs offered this year and how things went..  

Description:  Mr. Duff will present the following grant for board acceptance:

1. Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Grant (Farm 2 School) in the amount of $13,400.00 for Ferndale School.  

                    
 

Description:  Mr. Duff will present the following Extra Duty Contract(s):

1. Jessica Ruvalcaba - Assistant Volleyball Coach - Central
2.  William Burns - Teacher Mentor at Mac-Hi
3.  Steffany Esser - Teacher Mentor at Mac-Hi
4.  Michelle Newby - Key Club - Mac-Hi
 

Description:  Present the bid to purchase a 2021 Dodge Ram Van.

• CDJR of Walla Walla - Ram Promaster Cargo Van - New 2021  Stock No 21R266 for $44,297.13.

HVAC Electrical Engineering and Dafting Services 

• Engineer and Drafting Services for Central Middle School HVAC System - $17,500.00

Description:  Mr. Duff will present to the board the following items to surplus and seek board approval.
