Description:  Minutes from the July 7, 2011 Board meeting and review the financial reports for June and July 2011.

Description:  Lynn Fluharty will present the annual review of the Food and Nutritional Services Program.

Description:  Roger Weiler will report on summer maintenance projects.

Description:  Roger Weiler will recommend the Board appove a resolution for a loan from the State Energy Loan Program to replace the cooling system at Ferndale.

POSSIBLE MOTION:    I MOVE TO (APPROVE/NOT APPROVE) RESOLUTION #08091, AS PRESENTED.

Description:  The following donations will be presented for Board acceptance:
1. Two Ford trucks (a 1975 and a 1976) and miscellaneous farm equipment donated by Vern Rodighiero for the FFA program,  valued at $5,450;
2.  13 gallons of exterior paint for the district office, donated anonymously, valued at $498.28;
3.  $100 cash donation from the Chamber of Commerce in recognition of Lucas Simpson as a state band competitor. 

POSSIBLE MOTION:        I MOVE TO (ACCEPT/NOT ACCEPT) THE DONATIONS, AS PRESENTED. 

Description:  Mr. Reger will present the 2011-2012 Extra Duty Contract list for Board approval.
