7. The Board is responsible for establishing educational goals which will guide both the Board and staff in working together toward the continuing improvement of our educational program. 2. Together, we will examine the efficacy of our inclusion model and plan for its future by analyzing student data and budgetary spending while gathering feedback from students, families, and staff. 3. Together, we will continue to monitor the progress of student achievement through the District Integrated Plan, school work plans, school visits, a board work session, and quarterly board reports. 4. Together, we will engage in strategic planning for school facilities and programs by assessing the needs of our students, families, and staff and analyzing current and projected population and demographic data. 5. Together, we will research, create, and potentially implement representative board positions with the assistance of the Oregon School Board Association (OSBA). |
