Superintendent Contract: (14) RENEWAL OF EMPLOYMENT Agreement. The parties may agree to enter into a new Agreement at the conclusion of this one, or at anytime prior to its conclusion. The decision to enter into a subsequent Agreement will be made no later than November 1, 2008. The SUPERINTENDENT shall schedule the matter on the Board agenda prior to November 1, 2008.
The action taken on this motion may result in a subsequent motion to open negotiations with the superintendent.
