6.A. Monitor equity in hiring through the superintendents reports on the strategic plan

6.B. Updates from Sarah Phillips, Jennifer Basham and Christine Otto later in the year on how their next steps are progressing.

6.C. In the future the committee will look at policies concerning contracting practices and minority bidding
