2.F. ACTION ITEM: OSEA-ASD Memorandum of Understanding 403b
Description:
An amendment to the OSEA bargaining agreement amending Article 15, Paragraph D, to describe the terms and conditions by which classified employees may participate in the District's Tax Sheltered 403b program. This has been approved by the District's OSEA members and the Southern Oregon Bargaining Council.
