3.A. Asbestos Abatement in Science Classrooms
Discussion:
Asbestos abatement in the HS Science Classrooms were completed on Monday, June 8, 2020.

3.B. Removal of Four Foundations and 150’ of Utility Services
Discussion:
The cost to remove the four foundations and adding 150 feet of utility sevices cost $8,603.20.
|
|
3.C. Removal of City Well House and Cap Abandoned Well at New HS Pond
Discussion:
The abandoned well was properly sealed and only required a new concrete cap.
|
|
3.D. Soil Correction at Site Utility Locations in 5th Street
Discussion:
300 yards of additional fill was needed on 5th Street at a cost of $9,240.

3.E. Site Utility Changes per State Plumbing Plan Review
Discussion:
The state plumbing plan review required minor adjustments in the amount of $426.

3.F. Changes to Exterior Wall Line Placement at SW Corner of High School
Discussion:
Wendel and RA Morton are working on new drawings and costs for the added 700 square feet at the new Activities Entrance (SW corner of the High School).

3.G. Demolition of Art Room Canopy Pier and Stoops
Discussion:
The added cost to demolition the art room canopy pier and cement stoops is $14,230.

4.A. Safety Fence for East Parking Lot
Discussion:
The Superintendent will gather costs to install either a temporary or permanent fencing along the new east parking lot at the Elementary School.

5. Construction Schedule
Discussion:
Construction was set back one day with the recent rain showers. Overall, the project is ahead of schedule.
