Description:  Recess to executive session to discuss subjects that tend to prejudice the reputation and character of any person provided that the person may request a public discussion, more specifically superintendent candidate interviews. Additionally, to discuss matters the immediate knowledge of which would clearly have an adverse effect upon the finances of the District, more specifically, the new Superintendent contract.
