11. CONSENT AGENDA
Description:
A consent agenda is a practice by which regular and non-controversial board action items are organized apart from the rest of the agenda and approved as a group. This includes all of the business items that require formal board approval and yet because they are not controversial, there is no need for board discussion before taking a vote. Items may be on the consent agenda only if all board members agree. Any board member, for any reason, may remove a consent agenda item and place it on the regular agenda for the board meeting.

16.1. Action: FY '21 Audit Acceptance
Description:
For the sake of time, BIkky Shrestha with BDO presented the FY 21 Audit earlier in the meeting. This agenda item will be the Board's opportunity to vote on accepting the Audit as presented.

16.2. Action: HB 156 Sex Education Curriculum Materials and Presenters
Description:
HB 156 requires that instructors and the curriculum (literature and material) for the course must be approved each year. Principals Rick Dormer and Heather Conn will present any updates to the curriculum or presenters, and be available to answer any questions.

16.3. Discussion: School's Covid Dashboard & Modes of Learning
Description:
The Board will discuss the addition of the Dashboard to the School's website and discuss the impact to teaching and learning in a hybrid model when students are absent due to quarantine/isolation.

Description:
Board members who attended the AASB Annual Meeting in Anchorage will provide a short recap of sessions.
