1.1. Retraction of "Possible Quorum" Announcement
Description:
The Governor's visit to Petersburg has been cancelled due to weather so no meetings will take place.
We have been advised by Deb Thompson of the Borough that we are possibly in violation of the Open Meetings Act and to contact our lawyer. Under the definition of AS 44.62.310(h) if we have a quorum at a meeting, it is open to the public and should be advertised as such (special meeting). |
