5.C. Assurance of Compliance with State and Federal Law Prohibiting Discrimination

Description:
MDE requires all public school districts to submit an assurance of compliance with state and federal laws prohibiting discrimination with regard to public assistance provided by MDE. In addition, districts are also required to verify mandated reporter training and the prohibition of any retaliation against anyone reporting maltreatment. By completing this Assurance of Compliance, ISD 110 verifies such compliance. We submitted the assurance of compliance electronically on September 22, 2025. |
