Description:
All school districts are required to annually complete the Assurance of Compliance with state and federal law. By completing the Assurance of Compliance, ISD 110 is providing written assurance that it does not discriminate in its use of funds provided through the state and federal government and has informed all mandated reporters employed by the school district of mandated reporting requirements and of the prohibition of retaliation against anyone reporting maltreatment. ISD 110 is in compliance with the requirements and will verify compliance through electronic submission of the Assurance of Compliance. A copy of the proposed submission is attached.
