4.C. Extend School District Right to Purchase Minnetrista Parcel

Description:
Board approval would give the district the right to purchase the Minnetrista property through 2011, for an additional $5,000. in earnest money. This action would be contingent on the seller agreeing to extend teh purchase agreement.

5.A. First Reading Board Policy #714 Fund Balances

Description:
The policy presented has been reviewed by Todd Swanson, Director of Finance and Operations; and also reviewed by the policy committee. Recommended changes have been included. The policy will be presented for action at the June 13th meeting, once approved, this policy will replace board policy #701.2 Maintenance of Fund Balance.
