2. Pre-Construction Architectural Services for District-wide CMAR Single Point Entry and Fencing Security Project (Discussion and For Possible Action)
Description:
The total budget for this CMAR project is $1,2000,000.00 as budgeted for in the 5-year Capital Improvement Plan dn the Building and Sites Fund. The District seeks to engage Paul Cavin, Architect LLC in the pre-construction architectural services that will enable the CMAR to prepare the Guarantee Maximum Price for the project. The amount of the contract for architectural services is $55,000.00.
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Board authorize the superintendent to contract with Paul Cavin Architect LLC in the amount of $55,500.00 for architectural services required as part of the District-wide Single Point of Entry and Fencing Security CMAR project.

3. Public Comment (5:40 p.m.)
Description:
Comments from the public are invited at this time on topics not specifically addressed elsewhere in the agenda. A sign-up sheet is provided and individuals who wish to address the Board are asked to indicate their desire to speak and the topic about which they will speak. Individuals wishing to address the Board at this time will be limited to three minutes. The Board is precluded from acting on items raised during Public Comment that are not already on the agenda.
