3. Adopt Official Agenda giving the President discretion to take items out of order or in closed session as needed.

4. Approve the minutes of the Regular and Closed Meeting held on February 9, 2026.

5. Consent Agenda.
|

5.A. Consider approval of bills as presented in the amount of $4,786,838.11 be authorized; that salaries for the month of March 2026 be authorized; that quick pay for February 2026 in the amount of $1,296,904.40 be approved; and that April 2026 salaries and bills to be quick paid be authorized.

5.B. Accept Principal Reports.

5.C. Accept Administrators' Reports.
|
|
5.D. Approve the District Cardiac Emergency Response Plan (CERP) for all schools.
|
|
5.E. Amend the district calendar for the 2026-2027 school year. The last day of school will be May 24, 2027.

5.F. Approve the district to apply for all formula grants for FY27 once released. (Title I, Title IIA, Title IV, Preschool for All, Preschool for All Expansion STATE, IDEA, IDEA Preschool, SIG1003a, and others as applicable and available)

5.H. Declare the following technology items as surplus:

5.I. Consider accepting the hearing officer's recommendation from the discipline hearing held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, to expel a ninth grade Cahokia High School student #21434 for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year and first semester of the 2026-2027 school year.

5.J. Consider accepting the hearing officer's recommendation from the discipline hearing held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, to expel a ninth grade Cahokia High School student #20495 for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year and first semester of the 2026-2027 school year.
|
|
5.K. Consider accepting the hearing officer's recommendation from the discipline hearing held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, to expel a ninth grade Cahokia High School student #27070 for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. However, the expulsion will be held in abeyance, if the student attends and successfully completes the requirements of the Academic Character Development Center (ACDC).

5.L. Consider accepting the hearing officer's recommendation from the discipline hearing held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, to expel a tenth grade Cahokia High School student #27069 for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. However, the expulsion will be held in abeyance, if the student attends and successfully completes the requirements of the Academic Character Development Center (ACDC).

5.M. Consider accepting the hearing officer's recommendation from the discipline hearing held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, to expel an eighth grade student #23825 for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year with services.

5.N. Adopt Resolution #26-03 authorizing the Board of Education to execute a Separation Agreement with Tiana Montgomery.
|
|
5.O. Adopt Resolution #26-04 to reaffirm the partnership between Cahokia School District #187 and the East Side Health District.
|

5.P. Adopt Resolution #26-05 for District E-Learning Plan.
|
|
5.Q. Adopt Resolution #26-06 authorizing the non-renewal of a certified teacher, effective at the close of the 2025-26 school year.

6. New Business.

6.A. Consider adopting Resolution #26-07 declaring the intention to issue $20,000,000 Working Cash Fund Bonds for the purpose of increasing the District's Working Cash Fund, and directing that notice of such intention be published in the manner provided by law.

6.B. Consider adopting Resolution #26-08 setting forth and describing in detail claims heretofore authorized and allowed for proper school purposes which are presently outstanding and unpaid, declaring the intention to issue $35,000,000 bonds for the purpose of paying claims against the District, and directing that notice of such intention be published as provided by law.
