5.A. Approve bills as presented in the amount of $9,439,732.01 be authorized; that salaries for the month of November 2025 be authorized; that quick pay for October 2025 in the amount of $5,698,690.00 be approved; and that December 2025 salaries and bills to be quick paid be authorized.

5.B. Declare surplus of all previous Cisco network equipment made obsolete by the district wide network upgrade.
|
|
5.C. Ratify the decision made at the October 6, 2025, board meeting to amend the decision made at the January 13, 2025, board meeting to expel a ninth grade Cahokia High School student #20866 for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year, the 2025-2026 school year, and the first semester of the 2026-2027 school year. The student will be allowed to return to school on October 14, 2025. |

5.D. Amend the Board of Education's decision made at the April 14, 2025, Board Meeting to expel an eighth grade student #25325 for the 2025-2026 school year with remote instruction and allow this student to return to school in-person.

5.E. Accept the hearing officer's recommendation from the discipline hearing held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, to expel a ninth grade Cahokia High School student #23603 for the remainder of the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year and the 2026-2027 school year.

5.F. Accept the hearing officer's recommendation from the discipline hearing held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, to expel an eighth grade student #22152 for the remainder of the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year.

5.G. Authorize administration to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Regain Hope Ministries Nonprofit to operate and sustain a Comfort Closet to provide necessities to students/families.

|
5.H. Authorize administration to enter into a Site Agreement with Better Family Life and Relationship Smarts Plus (RSP) at Wirth Middle School for the 2025-2026 school year.
|

5.I. Authorize administration to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with JQuinn GIMS Essentials Group Youth Medical Prep Program and Wirth Middle School to provide students with exposure to healthcare careers, mentorship, and skill development opportunities.

5.J. Authorize administration to approve the 2025-2026 Dual Credit Partnership Agreement with Southwestern Illinois College.
