1. Call to Order with the Pledge of Allegiance.
 

2. Roll Call.
 

3. Adopt Official Agenda giving the President discretion to take items out of order or in executive session as needed.
 

4. New Business. 
 

4.A. Approve the exterior design and athletic facilities for the new Cahokia High School.
 

4.B. Approve Cultural Resource Consulting Services with the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO).
 

4.C. Approve Phase 1 Cultural Resource Analysis.
 

4.D. Approve the SCI Environmental Phase Two Contract.
 

4.E. Approve Geotechnical Borings.
 

4.F. Approve publication of Notification Regarding Mandatory Initial Pre-Bid Meeting, Mandatory Advance Registration, and Mandatory Responsibility, Quality and Serviceability Submissions to qualify as a company to submit a bid to construct the new Cahokia High School.
 

4.G. Approve the parcel number and address for the construction of the new Cahokia High School.
 

4.H. Approve the construction schedule, including the bidding process, awarding contracts to the General Contractor and the completion timeline for the new Cahokia High School.
 

4.I. Approve contract with EEH Consulting, LLC. to serve as the District's Owners Representative and Project Manager for the construction of the new Cahokia High School.
 

5. Executive Session.
 

5.A. Appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, litigation, or dismissal of specific employees.  5ILCS 120/2(c)(1).
