4. Approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on December 11, 2023, and Special Meeting held on December 19, 2023.

5. Consider approval of bills as presented in the amount of $399,148.99 be authorized; that salaries for the month of January 2024 be authorized; that quick pay for December 2023 in the amount of $829,953.71 be approved; and that February 2024 salaries and bills to be quick paid be authorized.

6. Requests signed by interested citizens who attend the Board of Education meeting who request to speak to the Board.

7.A. Appoint Judith Billups as the Special Education Department Chairperson for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year.

7.B. Employ Gloria Howard as a permanent substitute teacher, effective December 8, 2023, contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment requirements.

7.C. Approve the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) for Sherri Taylor, teacher, effective December 7, 2023, through December 21, 2023. Ms. Taylor will be using her accumulated sick and personal leave days in conjunction with her FMLA and will be docked for the remainder of her leave. Commencement or termination of this leave may be adjusted.

7.D. Accept the written resignation of Nicole Washington, teacher, effective January 2, 2024.

7.E. Employ Blake White as a CTE Education & Training Teacher, effective December 8, 2023, contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment requirements.

7.F. Approve the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) for Linda Allen, curriculum clerk, effective October 5, 2023, through November 20, 2023. Ms. Allen will be using her accumulated sick and personal leave days in conjunction with her FMLA and will be docked for the remainder of this leave. 7.G. Approve the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) for Carol Brown, security, effective December 4, 2023, through December 19, 2023. Ms. Brown will be using her accumulated sick and personal leave days in conjunction with her FMLA and will be docked for the remainder of this leave.

7.Z. Authorize administration to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with Black Educational Advocacy Coalition (BEAC) for professional development services.

7.AA. Approve payment to 7 Mindsets Academy, LLC. in the amount of $222,070.00.

7.AB. Approve payment to Student First Consulting Group in the amount of $412,500.00.

7.AC. Approve the amended 2023-2024 district calendar adding three PLC days in March and removing the PLC days in April.
