Per Policy 2:230 - Public Participation at School Board Meetings and Petitions to the Board
During open meetings, members of the public may comment or ask questions, subject to the following rules:
Sign-In: Use a sign-in sheet if required.
Time Limit: Limit comments to 3 minutes per individual (longer periods require advance permission). Groups addressing the same topic are encouraged to designate a single spokesperson.
Decorum: Maintain respect and civility.

Note: Responses to comments to or questions of the Board are most often managed through Board policy 3:30, Chain of Command.
